The artwork starts with the large circle in the middle, this circle represents Boorloo (Perth) and behind the circle is the Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River) and the Djarlgarro Beeliar (Canning River). These rivers were created by the Rainbow Serpent (Waggyl). The green circle to the left is Kaata- Gatta (Kings Park).
The 7 circles that connect with each other above Kings Park are the 7 continents of the world, athletes will be coming from these places to compete. The circle in the top right corner are the first responders (Non-Indigenous) and also the first people of the land. They are connected with a bidi (pathway) to Boorloo. The hundreds of coloured dots represent the athletes and on the left side the U shape symbol represent the athletes who have competed in previous games and who are either retired or no longer present on earth.
The right-hand side of Boorloo is a circle with U shapes they represent the families that will be supporting their country and athletes.
The blue circles that are flowing underneath Boorloo represent the swimming events as well as any event that requires water. The white dots under it are the Djindas (stars). The starts were used as a navigational tool during the Kambaraang, Birak and Bunuruseasons.
The 3 coloured lines under it represents the running track and the bottom is the Katta Morda (Darling Range) The Darling range is said to be the body of the Waagyl laying to rest after creating the land. The very bottom is the land (Boodja).
