3. Competition uniforms and/or optional items will be delivered to your home address.
4. You can also purchase uniforms on the day of the Championship if not ordered by 1st September.
5. If it is asking you to enter "Team ID and Player ID" in the optional items, please enter the sport you are playing for in Team ID and the Athletes Name in the Player ID
